Senior Interview
James Wingert
by Josh Corbin
James Jay Wingert was born on
March 29.1980 in Sioux City to Loren
and Barb Wingert of Moville. He has
three older sisters: Melissa, Marcella
and Molly.
Jim enjoyed a number of activities
during his high school career such as
football, 4 years; wrestling, 4 years;
track, 2 years. He was selected to the
National Honor Society as a senior.
When Jim was asked who has sup-
ported him the most as he was growing
up, he said his parents were always
there when he needed them.
Jim's most disappointing moment was
when the football team lost to River
Valley during his senior year. His pet
peeve is when people chew with their
mouths open; his bad habit is biting his
nails.
Jim's favorite year of high school is
his senior year "because it is his last."
His greatest fear is to be shot.
If one were to look for Jim, he would
most likely be found eating pizza and
watching Tommy Boy, which stars his
favorite actor Chris Farley. He also
enjoys other activities, like watching
"Whose line is it anyway," playing
football or watching wrestling. His
favorite class is C.A.D. (Com-
puter-Aided Drafting.)
Jim said he will miss his high school
friends, and he will always remember
going to the State Wrestling Duals.
Jim's plans after high school include
going to college and, in l0 years, living
somewhere other than Moville and
working at a good job.
Jim's advice is " Have fun. Life's too
short."
