Josh Corbin
Josh Corbin was brought into this
world Dec. 17, 1980 in a Sioux City
hospital. He was welcomed into this
world by his parents Roger and Jodi
Corbin of Moville, and his two older
brothers, Steve and Jeremy. He has a
younger sister, Jessie, a WC sopho-
more.
Josh participated in football 4 years,
wrestling 4 years, and golf 1 year. His
most embarrassing moment was run-
ning down the hall in a towel on a bet.
His grandparents had the most influ-
ence on his life for their good advice.
Josh's most memorable moment being
part of the WC team which participated
in the Dual State Wrestling Tourna-
ment during his freshmen year, and his
greatest high school ,disappointment
was not making Team Duals his
sophomore year.
Josh's biggest pet peeve is people
who drag their bare feet on the carpet;
his bad habit is not listening to his own
advice. His most enjoyable year of high
school was his senior year because it
was the most thn.
His favorites include tacos, the actor
Chris Farley, the movie "Faceoff,"
musicians, "Nirvana," TV show "Mag-
nificent Seven," class "Publications,"
sport to play and to watch, wrestling;
and his greatest fear: dying.
Josh expects to remember all the peo-
ple in his senior class and will miss the
people he knows now after graduation.
He plans to join the U.S. Air Force
after graduation and sees himself still in
the Air Force in 10 years.
His advice to underclassmen is,
"Keep it fun and interesting."
Senior Interview
Abbi Jo Heck
By April Countr),,um
Playing softball and running from
G-H aliens are a 'few of this senior's
favorites. Abbi Jo Heck is the daughter
of Doug and Kim Heck. She was born
in Sioux City, IA. on April 2, 1981. Her
"big" brother "D" welcomed her home.
Abbi has kept busy throughout her
four years of high school here at WC.
She has been involved in softball, vol-
leyball, wrestling cheerleader, drill
team, flags, speech, newspaper and also
sweetheart and homecoming royalty.
Abbrs most memorable moment is
road tripping to Ames and Iowa City
with Catfish, Midget, Adam, Matty, Fer
and Casey. It was then that James
Doxtad found something that she had
lost at ISU. Abbi definitely votes that in
for her most embarrassing moment•
If Abbi could go anywhere with any-
one for a day she would choose Las
Vegas and Megan Flannigan.
People who only tell her what she
wants to hear is considered her pet
peeve, and when it comes to pet peeves
about herself, she believes that she
should think more before she says and
does things.
Munching on Chicken Quesadillas,
watching Adam Sandier and Elizabeth
Shue in action, and sitting in her favor-
ite class Social Problems are just some
of this energetic girls' favorites. Others
include the movie, " Romy and Mi-
chelle's High School Reunion", singers
Alanis Morisette, and the song, " Fa-
vorite Mistake." 90210 tops the charts
of TV shows as does the action packed
sport wrestling. One of Abbi's strangest
talents would be Saved By the Bell
Trivia• No one can stump her.
The thing Abbi will remember most
about her senior year is playing cards
over Thanksgiving vacation and half
time shows with Fur and Dogger.
Abbi plans to attend Buena Vista
University in Storm Lake and major in
Elementary Education. She will also
room with April. In ten years she sees
herself happily married with two beau-
tiful children and teaching kindergarten
in Moville.
Abbrs advice to underclassmen is
"Watch out for pizza ovens•"
